Lehigh Hanson is seeking a Quality Control Technician. This position is responsible for testing aggregates on a daily basis to ensure the products meet PA and DOT standards.

This position will reside in Bessemer, PA.

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO

• Perform quality control tests on aggregate products

• Work in conjunction with production personnel to evaluate problems with quality

• Maintain necessary documentation of the testing procedure and results

• Prepare documentation for customers and contractors certifying the product quality

• Assist Plant Managers with other duties such as assessing stockpile inventory, performing scale clerk duties or other office clerical work, supporting plant maintenance during breakdowns

• Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Group guidelines, performing trainings, monitoring compliance etc.
